We cannot always guarantee we have a particular item in stock, if the situation arises where you have made an order which we cannot fulfill we will contact you to provide a substitute or a refund.

If an error in pricing has occurred we may contact you to correct the sale or offer a refund. Pricing and stock availability is subject to change anytime without notice.

Please note that our Order Confirmation does not constitute an acceptance of your offer or reflect the status of your order in any way.
Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, terminate your accounts, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.
Cancellation by You
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have confirmed your order. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Orders that cannot be cancelled will be subject to our terms, conditions and policies relating to Refunds.
Delivery
Delish Pizza takes great care with delivering your orders. Please ensure the address you have supplied is correct as redelivery may incur a fee. We are unable to accept responsibility for non-delivery if you have supplied the incorrect address and time. Estimated time of delivery and pickup can be seen when placing an order, along with suburbs available for delivery. No delivery is available outside of these boundaries for online ordering. Online store ordering and delivery is subject to the store trading hours which may change from time to time. This takes into account the time to process an order.
Refunds
Refunds are offered at our complete discretion. Due to the nature of this service we cannot offer refunds unless a refund is needed as a result of a fault caused by Delish Pizza.
Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to be processed.
